(Update) Woman Killed In Central Mass ID'd; Husband Remains On Run: Police

Update: Police identified the woman killed in Worcester County on Sunday morning, Oct. 22, and continue to ask the public for help to track down the suspect in the case.

Breanne Pennington, 30, of Cherry Street in Gardner, was IDed as the woman killed at her home over the weekend. Aaron Pennington, her husband, is a suspect in the slaying, Massachusetts State Police said. 

Troopers said he is likely driving a 2013 BMW 320 with a Massachusetts veterans plate 8A30, but Aaron Pennington may have changed the license plates to:

  • Texas: DTZ3103
  • California: 6CWN728

Original: Police in Worcester County are asking for the public's help to track down a man they say is wanted for questioning in the slaying of a woman found dead at her home Sunday morning, Oct. 22, authorities said. 

Aaron Pennington, 33, has been on the police radar since the woman was found dead inside a home on Cherry Lane in Gardner, Massachusetts State Police said. 

Pennington is believed to be driving a 2013 BMW 320 with Massachusetts veterans license plate 8A30. Police describe him as having blonde hair and blue eyes, standing 6 feet 2 inches tall, and weighing approximately 175 pounds.

He should be considered armed and dangerous, police said. Officers said no one would approach him but call 911 immediately.
